Mark can answer all your boating and fishing questions. He is also a yacht/boat broker and more than willing to share his vast knowledge of boats to help you find the perfect fit for your boating and fishing lifestyle. He can tell you about our many local barrier islands and how to navigate the unique waterways of Southwest Florida.
Denise will work with you from contract to close! She owned her own mortgage brokerage for many years so she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and will be more than happy to answer your questions. She will work closely with you during every step of the way, whether purchasing or selling your home, making the process as ‘stress free’ as possible. Denise loves to renovate and upgrade our home. She is, surprisingly, very experienced in operating all construction power tools and is a great resource for remodeling tips, repair tips and tricks. She is happy to advise our clients on appropriate upgrades to increase home value while getting the most ‘bang for your buck’ when you are, eventually, ready to sell - with the Buy FL Now Group, of course.
Our son Mitch is the marketing specialist for social media advertising campaigns. He can answer questions about golfing, recreational sports leagues, restaurants, and other forms of entertainment in our area.

Our Background and Profiles:
Mark Macomber - In 2012 I relocated to Cape Coral from Hawaii with my beautiful Real Estate partner and wife Denise. We have lived in many states across our beautiful Country. After a long search for our ‘new paradise’ we chose Cape Coral because of the amazing weather, fishing, and boating lifestyle. I grew up on Lake Tahoe on the water, so I had always dreamed of living back on the water. I am an avid fisherman, boater, and dive master so I feel at home in Southwest Florida with its unique lifestyle and all it has to offer. I worked for many years as a Correctional Peace Officer in Nevada and California and retired in 2006. My real estate career began when we opened Windsor Capital Mortgage. Prior to moving to Florida, I worked for the Department of Defense in Hawaii. I am dedicated to helping our customers learn all that Southwest Florida has to offer. My experience navigating the waterways and fishing in Southwest Florida is of great value when assisting our customers, helping them make their best buying decisions to meet their goals. I am happy to answer questions about our waterways and off-shore/in-shore fishing. Showing waterfront homes and lots by boat is very important to our customers who are interested in waterfront living. I am also a Boat Broker so I can answer a variety of questions and help customers find the perfect boat for our Southwest Florida waterways!!
Denise Macomber - I began my love of the Real Estate industry while living among the giant redwoods of Northern California in Crescent City located on the coast about 20 miles south of the Oregon border. My career started when I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license then 2 years later became a Real Estate Broker. During that time, I also became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator which also enabled me to work in the lending side of Real Estate as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator. After a few years I opened my own branch of Windsor Capital Mortgage. I closed my office when we relocated to Reno Nevada when I accepted a Financial Analyst position for Renown Hospital. Luckily, we had the opportunity to relocate to Oahu Hawaii where we enjoyed a tropical lifestyle which continued when we relocated to Cape Coral in 2012, which is where we plan to stay. Prior to working in the real estate field, I proudly served as a Correctional Peace Officer at Pelican Bay State Prison, California’s only Men’s Supermax, for 4 years until I was injured in the line of duty. My first experience in a uniform was at the age of 23 when I joined US Army and served as a Medical Specialist. I feel I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to serve with such amazing and dedicated people in both uniforms. I feel that same pride and dedication when helping my customers with their real estate goals of buying a home, selling a home, or purchasing a seasonal home, investment property, or commercial real estate.
Mitch McDevitt - I moved to Cape Coral Florida in 2022 from Fort Collins in the mountainous range of Northern Colorado where I had lived since 2014. Prior to living in Colorado, I lived in beautiful Western South Dakota where I earned my bachelor’s degree and played NCAA Division II Football at Black Hills State University. After over a decade of retail management and customer service experience, I decided to bring my talents to Southwest Florida which is a booming area. I am fortunate to work in an industry where I can still provide my customers with friendly professional service and expertise. I am beyond excited to have joined the BUY FL NOW GROUP, our 'Family Real Estate Business' that has a wealth of cumulative experience and a vast knowledge of the surrounding area for golfing, local/offshore fishing, or boating in the numerous waterways in the Florida Gulf, canals, and rivers.
